How do I care for my wooden vessel?

With simple care, your vessel will last for years. Hand wash and dry promptly, and never soak or place it in the dishwasher. Avoid highly staining foods (like strawberries). Twice a year, apply a food-grade butcher block oil — rub on, let sit for 10–20 minutes, then wipe off. For scratches or stains, lightly sand then re-oil.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free within the Continental U.S. I do not ship overseas.

How do you ship?

Most pieces ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Larger or more delicate works may ship via UPS or FedEx. All pieces are shipped fully insured for the purchase price.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Everything is packaged with great care, and all shipments are insured. If a piece arrives damaged:

• Email me right away with photos of the damage and the packaging.

• Return the piece to me with tracking.

• Once received, I’ll refund your full purchase price.

Because every piece is unique, I can’t replace the exact item — but I’m happy to offer a discount on another piece you love.

Do you accept returns?

Because each work is handmade and one of a kind, I’m unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. I provide clear photos and measurements so you know exactly what you’re purchasing. All sales are final.
